New restaurant takes new approach
Delray Beach, Florida (January 15, 2017) – Chef/Partner of MIA Kitchen & Bar, Blake Malatesta, and Restaurant Owner/CEO-Giuseppe LoGrasso, announced they are working with The Haydenfilms Institute this month. The new restaurant, set to open in the spring of 2017, will collaborate with HFI on public relations, social media and more as they prepare for their grand opening.
“We want to establish our restaurant as a pillar in the community,” Chef Blake Malatesta says. “Partnering with HFI opens endless possibilities in that regard. HFI will connect us with the local artistic community. We could have gone with any local PR company, but chose HFI, who are based out of the state to reveal our ambition of conquering Florida cuisine; a breath of fresh air to pave the path for honest food and hospitality.”
HFI Founder and Executive Director Hayden Craddolph says he expects the partnership between MIA and HFI to produce a synergetic relationship which draws from each other and ignites the passions of each team at the highest level. "We plan to bring our 15-year experience in empowering, educating and funding global, independent, and student filmmakers to enhance the Blake Malatesta & MIA brands internationally,” Craddolph says. “Additionally, our experience and background in both online and brick and mortar film festivals will bring a unique community engagement to the table.”
